Frequently asked questions.
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card, and proof of insurance. That’s about it. Have everything ready and you’ll be out the door quick.
How old do I need to be?
You’ll need to be at least 21. Drivers under 25 may have a small young driver fee added. Just ask when you call.
Smoking or pets in the car?
No to both. Keeping our cars clean for the next family means no smoking and no pets inside. Cleaning fees apply if the policy gets crossed.
What if the car breaks down?
Call us right away. We arrange roadside assistance and get you a replacement vehicle so you can keep moving.
Can I pick up at the Twin Falls airport?
Our office is in Burley, but we can talk through pickup arrangements. Give us a call and we’ll figure out a plan that works.
Do you carry 15 passenger vans?
Yes. Family reunions, sports teams, church groups, and wedding parties all roll out of our lot. Book a few days ahead during busy seasons.
